"Obre Los Ojos" director is ofcourse Almodovar. English title unsure, something like "Eyes Wide Open" (dont mix with similar US movie with Tom Cruz and his now ex wife)

Yeah, I've seen that. Good movie. Although you're mistaken, the director of "Abre los Ojos" (Open your Eyes) was Alejandro Amenábar
